Hi, I threw this together real quick to get the picture of my 5 lb + tumor/uterus online for you to see.

Kind of cute compared to other pictures Ive seen online.

Ive named him 'wilson'

If you are like me you like to know what you are in for if you have a big fibroid tumor.

ultrasound in march had the uterus at 26 cm. tried to shrink with lupron, seemed to work until I was off it with 6 weeks left. I think it grew back personally.

no idea the size at surgery but you can see the ruler next to it.

id say 15 inches if they had it centered ;-)

notice the guy with the thumbs up next to it. they must have had a good time in there.

There is a better picture, but I didnt get that one. In that picture the guy is holding it with thumbs up and you can see he is smiling behind the mask. That is the picture they showed my boyfriend after surgery. She just whipped the picture out and shocked him.. hahahaha

Must have been funny....

Had the hysterectomy on Aug 29, 08.

No issues.

vertical cut up past belly button.

takes a good 4 weeks to feel better.

at 5 weeks driving

6 weeks I took a cruise with only a few issues. Mostly being tired..

good news!! no more of the stinky bleeding..whoo hooo

7 weeks back to work..uggg tired and busy.

able to do more but know I need to watch what i do.

no pain, alittle sore to touch.

8 weeks.. looks a lot better. red line is fading. who'd have thought that 2 months ago
